2006 Ph.D. – Faculty of Philosophy in Olomouc – Ph.D. thesis: Philoponus versus Aristotle on the Eternity of the World
His research interest focuses on two main topics, (1) the Athen democracy and ancient Athen theathre as a political institutions and (2) history od political thought. He works also at the Faculty of Arts of the Hradec Králové University where he lectures on Ancient and Contemporary political philosophy.
